They come when they say they will, and if they are delayed, they call and tell you :-) Today Mike Miller came and had my heat going again in no time.. He got our problem fixed and AC going on the last service call he answered.. Purchased the system from them in 2007.. I can't remember Even's last name, but he and Mike and several other crew members did such a wonderful job.. I must say, if you need service for heat or air, you should not call anyone else :-)

Outstanding Service Technician - Evan Watson

My aircondition unit malfunctioned on Sunday, July 3, 2011. I had not needed prior service and therfore did not have a preferred service. Because it was an extremely hot July 4th weekend, I had little hope of a service call for several days.
Fortunately, I call Drawdy's and in less than three hours, Mr. Evan Watson arrived at my home. This superb young technician immediately impressed me with his knowledge and professional attitude. In a very short period of time, he was able to correct the problem and provide me with a perfectly operating unit.

Words cannot adequately express the value of this fine young man. In my opinion, your company is fortunate to have this talentaed and personable person in their employ. Because of him, all my future calls will be made to Drawdy's.

Had an AC emergency yesterday. Went around and around with a very uncooperative Home Warranty company. It was going to take a week or more for them to get to me. In 100 degree heat, that's not an option! I called Drawdy's and they had someone here within a few hours. They quoted me on a repair and also on a full system replacement. There was no high pressure sales pitch, they just gave me all of my options. I ultimately went for the new unit based on the age of the old unit and its history of breakdowns. They installed the new unit quickly and the crew was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Evan, Kyle and the crew at Drawdy's.

My AC has been acting up for a few months now... my home warranty sent out a garbage AC guy who was so awful I kicked him out of my house. I then called Drawdy's and they came out the very next day, were wildly professional, insanely helpful, and all around a great team of businessmen! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in Soda City and they are officially "my AC guys."
